M14/41 – Assembling & painting

Assembling and painting of my model of M14/41, an Italian medium tank widely used in North Africa from 1941 to 1943.

This model represents the M14/41, a medium tank used by the Italian Royal Army during the Second World War. Since it fought mainly in North Africa, I chose to give it a desert camouflage. In this post I will show the phases of assembling and painting.

Tiger II – Photo gallery

Here’s the photo gallery of my model of Tiger II, one of the most powerful and most feared tanks of the Second World War!

This model of Tiger II, a German heavy tank of the Second World War, is the 30th I've finished so far. I started it in July 2020 and, after a long pause, I finally completed it in December 2021.

Tiger II – Camouflage painting

Painting the camo scheme of this Tiger II was quite funny: I chose the typical late-war “ambush camouflage”, or “Hinterhalt-Tarnung”.

Some years ago, during a fair, I stumbled upon this Tiger II kit: this vehicle has always fascinated me, and which often sported some camouflage more interesting than usual. I chose a three-tone (yellow, red and green) scheme with spots of different colors, the so-called ambush camouflage —or Hinterhalt-Tarnung in German.

CV 33 – Interiors

This model of CV 33 Italian tankette includes the interiors. Once I’ll complete it, very little of those will be visible, thus I’ll show them here.

The interiors of a scale model, like those of this CV 33, are not always completely visible once the work is completed. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean they don't deserve any attention!

Nashorn – Photo gallery

Here’s the photo gallery of my model of Nashorn, a German self-propelled gun used as tank destroyer during the Second World War.

The 22nd model I completed depicts a German tank destroyer of the Second World War. I built it from September 2016 to July 2017. In this post I'll show you a brief overview of the construction steps, as well as the photo gallery of the finished model of my Nashorn!
